What’s the best advice you have received in your career?
Surround yourself with passionate capable people.
It took me some time but I have learned that they are the best part of my career. With people like that, you disagree on how to get to your goals, they will challenge you, keep you on your toes, but as long as you trust each other you will deliver great work.
What’s the best advice you have given in your career?
When I asked my team this question, I discovered that they learned more from how I conducted myself rather then what I said. Never be content with the status quo and always go the extra mile. What can you do more? Yep, that thing that came to your mind, try to do it.
What’s the most rewarding thing about your job?
It is a dynamic industry; you are always exposed to new things, with opportunities to learn from these experiences. Every day is different, there is someone new to meet, a fresh challenge that keeps you on the edge. Not to forget the joy of working on a big project and finally the rush of presenting it.
What’s the most frustrating thing about your job?
If not this, what would you be doing?
An astronaut heading to Mars… why not? Let’s dream big.
If you had ten million dollars, what would you do?
Keep some on the side for myself, the rest, spread the love
Finally, why are you (still) in this industry?
Because I’m still learning, I’m contributing and I am enjoying both.
