Working in digital for over a decade across multiple agencies in Europe and Middle East within Publicis Groupe, Javier Bravo has built and executed award-winning cross-media campaigns for global brands such as BBC, Etihad, Saxobank, BUPA, Adidas, Novartis, ENBD, Carrefour and Blackberry.

Bravo is currently leading the digital transformation charge at Spark Foundry, developing innovative cross-digital media campaigns for key clients across the verticals of e-commerce, tourism, retail and banking.

What’s the best advice you have received in your career?

Life is a little too short to be pretending.

What’s the best advice you have given in your career?

Logic and common sense answer and solve 99% of the situations you have at work and life.

What’s the most rewarding thing about your job?

Creating and building things out of imagination.

What’s the most frustrating thing about your job?

That you can never finish what you planned in the morning.

If not this, what would you be doing?

I would be surfing waves in the Canary Islands while running a beach café.

If you had ten million dollars, what would you do?

Donate 9.5 million to save the orangutans in the Borneo rainforest and keep $500,000 to buy the café at the beach.

Finally, why are you (still) in this industry?

Because I still enjoy working with people that inspire me each day.
