Flourish expands into Middle East with Samsung’s CRM account

International digital and direct agency Flourish has added the Samsung Gulf Electronics CRM account to its client list following a competitive four-way pitch.

The work will encompass digital CRM strategy and delivery, as well as creative across the entire consumer product portfolio including mobile, tablet, wearables, television, audio and home appliances.

Flourish first started in 2004 and has since expanded to Sydney, Australia and now Dubai, UAE.

Richard Hartson, Flourish’s managing director says in a statement: “This is a great win for Flourish and we’re delighted to be able to bring our experience of Samsung CRM, gained in the UK and in Australia to the Gulf region. By leveraging our knowledge across all three regions we can also drive greater efficiencies. In short, we really feel we have something unique to offer and can make a valuable contribution to the long-term success of Samsung Gulf Electronics CRM.”

Flourish already works with Samsung in both the UK and Australia.
