The shortlist for the newly launched Twitter Live Marketing Award at Festival of Media MENA 2016 is out. The award reflects the increasing speed at which business operates today and the acceleration of marketing communications in the industry.

“The Live Marketing category was designed to encourage, and hopefully, inspire brands and agencies to realise the power of real-time communication when it comes to building brand love and creating nudges. After judging the entries submitted into the category, I was the one who was encouraged and inspired by the planning, insight and level of execution and results that the submitted campaigns delivered. I believe that this is just the beginning of a region-wide appreciation of the innate relevancy that tapping into trends and real-time signals can lend to campaigns and will give rise to new opportunities to further cement MENA’s as a marketing centre of excellence,” says Festival of Media MENA Awards Judge, Fahad Osman, brand strategist, Twitter MENA.
