Adding a feminine dimension


Grow recognizes the contribution that women bring to the workplace and is fully supportive of gender equality in business.

Wiebke Wenzel, grow’s creative director, joined the company in September 2013 and is responsible for leading the creative team through brand strategy, creation direction and delivery. She has a Masters in Graphic Design from Istituto per l’Arte e il Restauro, in Milan and has worked with global brands such as Volvo, Toyota Lexus and Disney in London and Bahrain.

AnikaLuthra-Barnard, Client Director, has been with grow for 1 year and has a Masters degree in Advertising from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Her role is to interpret clients’ requirements and facilitate their transformation into brilliant campaigns. Her experience covers brands such as Qatar Foundation, Nissan Qatar and Ashghal.

Working in collaboration with Anika is Dounya Darani, grow’s senior client manager and in-house project manager of all things digital.  Dounya joined grow in August 2012 bringing with her multinational experience from Microsoft and Panasonic in the UK.

Olga Khlyust is grow’s latest recruit as Business Development Manager. She has work for one of the biggest advertising groups in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan and has also worked in Egypt. She has a Masters degree in Management and Economics.

In the future, grow plans to continue its growth by expanding its range of strategic partnerships with international consultancies offering digital and public relations expertise.
