Mediaquest appoints new Saudi GM

Content and events company Mediaquest – the parent company of Communicate – has appointed Yehya Mokhlati as the new general manager for its Saudi Arabia office.

With Saudi Arabia’s allocation of $879.8 million for culture and media by 2020 and a $166.4 million creative hub, Saudi Media City, it’s no surprise that the Kingdom has received renewed interest from advertisers and service providers. 

Due to changing market dynamics, has continued to evolve itself over the last few years from a publishing and events company to a content and events company with data analytics and a keen understanding of its audiences at the core.

Mokhlati has more than twenty years of experience across the UAE and KSA at a range of companies including Gulf Beauty, ITP Media and his own event management company, Arabian Events. He has extensive experience in event planning and management, especially in Saudi Arabia where he works closely with government to organize conferences and events revolving around technology, IT and tourism.

“Mediaquest has the best mix of different media across print and digital in addition to a host of international events such as Top CEO, Parent & Child Conference and Arab Luxury Award,” says Mokhlati. “I’m excited to join as GM of the Saudi office and I’m confident that this will be a game changer for the events industry in KSA.”
