Serviceplan Middle East, regional office of German independent communications agency, appoints Pit Ludig as business development director, Mario Reetz as client servicing account director, and Wassim El Sabeh as social media manager.
These appointments come in line with the agency’s fifth year in the Middle East, and after the move of previous General Manager, Jan-Philipp Jahn, to head the Serviceplan office in China.
Rami Hmadeh, managing partner of Serviceplan Middle East says in a press statement “We are delighted to welcome Pit, Mario and Wassim to our team, the three of them join Serviceplan Middle East at an opportune time. At the agency we are actively looking and working on expanding all areas of business, and we are certain that our new joiners will help us to do so.”
Ludig joins Serviceplan with experience in the hospitality industry as the business development director. In the same press statement, he says, “I see our clients’ businesses from their point of view, and not from an advertising point of view, this gives me a chance to understand the full picture first, before I brief the team, and the creative execution comes into play.” He adds, “This would be especially true for SME’s we are looking to service.”
Serviceplan’s newest client servicing account director, Mario Reetz, is hoping to set new standards in managing one of Serviceplan’s key clients, BMW Group Middle East.
Last but not least, Wassim El Sabeh, whose appointment as Social Media Manager joins the team with strategic and operational expertise.
“We are very proud of what Serviceplan Middle East has achieved over the past 5 years, being the first international office of the Serviceplan Group; and are committed to investing in people, knowing our employees are our best asset and the key to continuing to deliver the great service we are known for,” says Hmadeh.
