New appointments in MENA’s digital circles

Chadi Saabdigital media manager at Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG), has been promoted to digital director of the Dubai office. Saab has been with SMG since 2007 and held his previous role for approximately four years.

While Jamal Ahmad moved from UM, where he was handling L’oreal as senior digital account executive, to OMD as digital media manager of the LVMH portfolio,Layyan Qazzaz has moved from her role as a digital executive at Performics, working on BMW, to join UM7 as a senior digital planner working on L’oreal.

Mazen Sraj, digital account manager at UM Dubai, will be joining Mediacom as digital manager to step into the role of Hani Khatib, who is relocating outside of Dubai.

Piyal Bhoora joined SMG as senior media manager on Cartier’s Richemont account. Previously, Bhoora was with OMD as manager of digital planning on luxury brands, including Fendi, BVLGARI, Christian Dior Couture and the LVMH portfolio.
